Abstract
Aim To study the rule of content distribution on the flavonoid compounds in the leaves, the testa and the peduncle of Ginkgo Biloba L.Methods Extract elavonoid compounds in different parts of Ginkgo Biloba L by using Soxhlet′s extracting method and detect them by the spectrophotometer and HPLC.Results The content of the flavoniod compounds is 1.9% in the leaves of Ginkgo Biloba L,0.1%~0.8% in the testa and 0.5%~0.7% in the peduncle. Conclusion The leaves of Ginkgo Biloba L have a higher content of flavonoid compounds than the testa and the peduncle, and is a ideal extracting material. The others also have some flavonoid compounds, and can be used as extracting material considering about comprehensive utilization and environmental protection.
