Abstract
The discovery of TLRs,function patterns and sorts were summarized.The review is focused on the molecular structure,tissue distribution,recognized ligands and signaling pathways dependent on MyD88 of TLR7.Finally the advance in TLR7-mediated anti-viral immune responses was discussed.It is believed on that TLR7 could help develope new vaccines for animals.
