Abstract
Basic concepts of construction project management and construction quality management are introduced as well as the status and roles of construction progress control acted in project management.Factors influencing engineering schedule are analyzed,at the same time key problems should be resolved to strengthen progress control are proposed.In the end the checking and evaluation of scheduled plan are discussed.
