Abstract
Sucralose has a few features of big sweetness,good sweetness characteristics,not absorbed by body,stability and wide application.Its performance is by far the most excellent high-sweetness sweetener.The synthesis techniques of sucrose were summarized.And the advantage and disadvantage of each synthesis methods were analyzed.This paper also included the development and application of sucrose.
