Abstract
Including bacteria, mycetes and protozoans, rumen microbes were all microbes that lived in the rumen which was one of important parl of ruminant stomaches. Rumen bacteria and rumen mycetes could generate cellulase which involved in endoglucanse, exoglucanse and beta glycosidase. As rumen cellulase demonstrated powerfully ability to degradate cellulose, rumen microbes cellulase had a broad application prospects, such as degradation cellulose, developing novel forage, becoming novel enzyme source and conducting organic refuse.
