Abstract

With 3D transient nonlinear analysis, the electro-dynamic forces of sliced contact were calculated,in consideration of the skin effect and the influence of magnetic field. The calculated result shows that the current and electro-dynamic force are imbalanced in the slices, the current and force are bigger on the outside slices than that on the inside slices.
