Abstract
As a result of the historical and other reasons,there is a great gap which compares to the rest cities of Shandong Province.in economy and the sustainable development ability.This paper analyzed the factors which have limited the sustainable development of Dezhou city,they are: economical level,human quality,environmental condition.Aiming at the factors which limit the development of Dezhou city,based on the study of environment ?socioeconomics and resources in Dezhou city,it has development an index system and evaluation method for the urban sustainable development.An integrated evaluation of the urban sustainable development of Dezhou has been carried out using the above system and method.In the end,this paper advances the proposes.
