Abstract
P-Glycoprotein (P-GP) express in human normal tissue can playan important role on substrate pharmacokinetics process. P-GP overexpression can diminish substrate absorption, bioavailability and apparent distribution volume (Vd) and increase clearance rate (CL). P-GP possesses on potential role in clinically significant drug-drug interaction because many drugs relate to P-GP transport.
