Abstract

Eating wild vegetable is fashionable in current times, and the wild vegetable appeals to refined taste more and more. The kinds composes, floristic elements, living-types, edible parts, nutrition composition, medical value and treatments of the wild vegetable from Laoshan mountain in Qingdao were studied in great detail, based on the overall investigation for the wild plant resources from Laoshan mountain in Qingdao, in order to provide the reliable, full and accurate basis for the development and utilization of the wild vegetable resources from Laoshan mountain in Qingdao.
