Teachers and students Marxist theory are both main body in practical education of Marxist theory,which constitutes a related closely and inseparable the Community of practice .It is main form of a two sides in one.However,there are still a passive and rigid relationship between teachers and students,and it is difficult to mobilize fully and effectively both teachers and students to play enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.It needs to understand correctly and recycl with efforts harmonious relationship between main practice in process of Marxist theory teaching in order to improve effectively Marxist theory of effectiveness of teaching.
