Abstract
The deficiency of some commonly used single-core ball shuttle valve was analyzed,and a new type of shuttle valve using dual ball structure was designed.The simulation model of the new shuttle valve was established by AMESim,and its travel-time curve and speed-time curve were simulated.The simulation results show that the new shuttle valve can prevent secondary pollution between the various oils and can reduce the leakage of oil cavity.
