Abstract
The introduction of the credit system into the higher as a flexible teaching management system is an inevitable choice for the enlarging institutions.As higher changes its focus from elite education to mass education,the management systems have to cater to the needs of most students so that the differences among the students could be tolerated and the students can fully develop themselves.The credit system includes the planning of courses,the readjustment of and management patterns,and the construction of the contingent of teachers.Both the Ministry of Education and institutions of higher should take active measures to study the new problems,to train composite teachers and to establish new management patterns to meet the requirement of the credit system.
