Abstract
One of the important challenges that multinational operation faces is that how to adapt culture.A deep and comprehensive analysis of impacts that cultural adaptability has on multinational operation means a lot to a better multinational operation.Based on the main theories of cultural adaptability,the paper discusses how cultural adaptability affects multinational operation,inputs to enterprises,inner operation and management,and different lines.It also concludes the impact that regions with different cultural characteristics have on multinational operation.
