Study on the Establishment of New Rural old-Age Security System

In the course of building New Socialist countryside,the new rural old-age security system is playing an increasingly prominent role.The acceleration of population aging,the serious weakening of family support function,and the distortion of income distribution,make it necessary to establish the new rural old-age security system.Currently,corresponding exploration on new rural old-age security system have been carried out throughout the country and get some good results.This paper takes Licheng prefecture,Putian,Fujian province as an example,and then analyses the innovation of new rural old-age system and explores where and how the new rural old-age security system in rural areas could be improved.
