Abstract
Chiral stationary phases (CSPs) have the potential for the analytical and preparative resolution of chiral drugs by chromatographies. This paper highlights five categories of chromatographic techniques with CSPs,four mobile-phase regimens in HPLC-Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) CSPs and six categories of HPLC-SFC CSPs.The strategies for the selection of chromatographic columns with CSPs and the transit of preparative processes from analytical processes by CSPs in the resolution of chiral drugs are also addressed.
