Abstract
Using the software of FLUENT combined with different operating conditions of diesel engine,simulated the combustion process of a diesel engine and calculate the content of NOx.According to the boundary condition of practical experimental data,set the boundaries of combustion model and physical model and accomplished the combustion process of diesel engine.Under the nominal operating condition,the comparison between experimentresults and simulation results showed that it was feasible and the error was less than 6 %.Therefore,the method was an effective strategy for the research of diesel combustion,and it also offered reliable method for studying the combustion of diesel.
