Abstract
Objective:To investigate Flt3-ligand level in the bone marrow(BM) and peripheral blood(PB) of the patients with aplastic anemia (AA) and its significance. Methods: The levels of FL in the BM and PB from 16 Patients with AA were detected by ELISA.Results:The levels of FL, sFasL, IL-2 increased in patients BM and PB with AA. The level of FL was more significant (P0.01).Conclusion:The level of FL in patients BM and PB with AA was negatively correlated with the course of AA.
