Abstract
China's outbound tourism industry has its own special regulation. With constant expansion of travel services responsible for organizing outbound tours, unbalanced state appears in regional distribution and space for overseas service enlarges rapidly. Though the number of travel services in charge of outbound tours occupies only a small proportion of total travel services, their contributions are extremely high. Regional pattern of monopoly has been basically formed in outbound tourism market. Wholesale and retail integration system has begun to show its internal trend. Outbound tour operators have gradually strengthened their control power in the industry chain. They begin to promote the innovation of tourism business model with managerial and informational technology. The development model of tourism products is diversified, product innovation has become normal conditions and emphasis is being laid on the creation of the brand products of outbound tourism.
