Abstract

The content of lead and cadmium in water were determined by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy after enriching with precipitated by Mg(OH)2.The lead and cadmium in the water is less than the government standard. The recoveries of the elements are between 70% to 110%.The method is simple, rapid, accuracy and satisfactory.
