Abstract
Objective:properties of Methylene blue were studied during the course of PDT. Methods: 1.results of PDT ofMethylene blue and CPD5 were observed in vitro.2.effect of Methylene blue on PDT of CPD5 was researched in vitro. Results: 1.killing effect of PDT of Methylene blue was not as good as CPD5. 2.when the concentration of CPD5 rangedfrom 0.625 to 2.5 μg/ml, killing effect of PDT of CPD5 decreased with existence of Methylene blue. And when theconcentration of CPD5 ranged from 0.017 812 5 to 0.312 5μg/ml,photo-sensitive nature of Methylene blue wasappeared. Conclusion: 1.photo-sensitive property of Methylene blue is not good enough. 2.Methylene blue had notshowed anti-oxygen property during the course of PDT of CPD5.
