Abstract
This paper introduced felt obligation as the intervening variable between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior and exchange ideology as the moderator between perceived organizational support and felt obligation.Then the hypothesis was tested that perceived organizational support has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.The empirical result indicated that perceived organizational support produced good effect on organizational citizenship behavior through felt obligation,while exchange ideology didn't have a moderating effect on the relationship between perceived organizational support and felt obligation.
