Abstract

Object:To observe the effect of angiotension Ⅱ receptor antagonists(ATRA) irbesartan on proteinuria in the patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 49 patients with diabetic nephropathy were conducted into two groups,26 patients treated with irbesartan 150mg per day and 23 patients with enalapril 10mg per day for 3 months. To observe the vary with proteinuria and microalbuminuria on pre-treated and post-treated.Results Itreating and control groups, proteinuria and microalbuminuria were evidently reduced,in treating group, proteinuria decreased from(0.85±0.34)g/24h to(0.44±0.19)g/24h (P0.001),microalbuminuria decreased from(351.42±159.34)mg/24h to (160±87.59)mg/24h(P0.001)In enalapril group, proteinuria decreased from (0.96±.42)g/24h to(0.44±0.17)g/24h(P0.001),microalbuminuria decreased from(345.42±170.96)mg/24h to(177.26±97.03)mg/24h(P0.001).Conclusion ATRA irbesartan can reduce proteinuria of diabetic nephropathy.
