Abstract

The current development of China Economy is facing an important task of changing the way and adjusting the structur.To develop circular economy,can promote the adjustment of economic structure and the transformation of economic development mode,also can promote sustainable development of the economy and society.It is of vital importance to design a high efficient and perfect administrative system of circular economy to develop the circular economy.
