Abstract
By studying the new development of information technology, the paper presents viewpoints that network and relevant technology will influence art design in design information promulgation, work style, management and education. Each aspect is analyzed and discussed deeply, which will provide positive and helpful academic point of view for the transformation, improving and developing of art design in network age.
