Abstract
A HPLC method has been used for determination of chlorophyll-a in the surface sea water of the Liaodong Bay. ODS-2 Spherisorb C18 reversed phase column is used. UV detection wavelenth is 436 nm. The HPLC solvents are methanol, 0.5 mol/L ammonium acetate aaq., acetonitril, water and ethyl acetate. They are all of HPLC-grade. Limit of detection is 10 ng/L. The correlations of three methods (spectrometer, fluorescence, HPLC) are compared.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
