Study on Factors Restricting the Development of Rural Sports in Shandong Province under the Target of New Socialist Countryside Construction

In order to better understand and promote the development of current Shandong rural spurts towards the target of new socialist countryside construction,this paper,by using the method of literature review,questionnaire,expert review and mathematical statistics,summarizes the traditional objective restrictive factors,restrictive factors in new era and imbalanced restrictive factors,and put forwards the constructive suggestions for the development of Shandong rural sports towards the target of new socialist countryside construction based on above factors.
