Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing and predictive nursing in first-aid of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 136 cases of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients were divided into two groups, with 68 cases in each group. The control group was given predictive nursing measures. The observation group was given evidence-based nursing measures. The curative effect, the Hemostasis time, bleeding times and complications of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and the complication rate of the observation group were no statistically significant difference comparing with control group(P 0.05). Bleeding times of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group( P 0.05), but its hemostatic time was significantly faster than the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based nursing and predictive nursing in the upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the first aid can obtain good hemostatic effect. According to the specific cases in clinical practice, the ap-propriate nursing mode would be selected.
