Abstract
The electrochemiluminescence(ECL) behaviour of luminol was systematically studied. It is obviously influenced by the electric parameters and acidity of the solution. The optimal ECL signal of luminol was occurred in the alkali medium (pH=12.5) and excited by the right orthogon pulse with the amplitude of 1.3V(vs. Ag/AgCl) on the Pt electrode. In the range of 1.0×10~-7- 1.0×10~-5 mol/L, the luminous intensities of ECL are linear correlation to the concentration of luminol. Furthermore, the affections of H_2O_2 and thiourea on the ECL of luminol were also studied.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
