Abstract

Large volume of water is abandoned in flood season as the result of small flood control capacity of Shiquan reservoir.On the basis of this situation and operating requirement,flood control dispatching chart of Shiquan reservoir is drawn to guide the reservoir operation.In this way,the safety of reservoir is assured and the power generation benefit of the reservoir is increased.Utilization of floodwater is realized to a certain extent and seasonal energy output is uncreased.The contradiction between power generation and flood control is resolved well and this flood control chart is worthy for recommendation.
