Enhancements of the Mixtures of Carbendazim and Validamycin to Rhizoctonia solani

Abstract

A mycelial growth inhibition assay was used to determine the toxicity of Carbendazim and Validamycin and their mixtures to Rhizoctonia solani.The method of Wadley was used to estimate the synergistic interaction of fungicides in mixtures.The results showed that the mixtures in 1:4 and 1:9 had synergistic interaction,and the joint synergetic ratios were 2.27 and 1.60.
