Abstract
Through analyzing characteristics cost of automobiles transportation, practical logistics distribution based on distribution enterprises was established. All kinds of evaluating indicators were put forward. Then the mathematic model based on the genetic algorithm was set up to implement scheduling optimization. Combining optimization of two-phase algorithm and the idea of local search, the operator of genetic was gained. Finally, the example was given and simulated by the algorithm.
