Training Higher Vocational Personnel by Developing Enterprise Education

Developing Enterprise Education and encouraging students' self-employment is an important way to deepen the reform of higher vocational education,train students' innovation spirit enterprise ability;and is also the important measures to implement to start to improve employment and promote full employment for vocational college graduates.In the process of implementation,concepts of education should be changed to foster entrepreneurial ideas,through strengthening curriculum construction of enterprise education and teaching team consisting of professional and pluralistic teachers,and increasing school-enterprise cooperation to build platform,which will help to improve enterprise quality education and ability training for higher vocational students.
