Abstract
Modern democratic politics is mainly characterized by citizens' participation. It is a prerequisite for building socialist democracy to help college students develop awareness and ability of political participation. College students show positive and rational attitudes in their participation of politics, but there are some problems. We should encourage and help them to develop initiative and ability to participate in politics.
