Cellulase treatment of knitted fabric from bamboo fiber

Abstract

The cellulase treatment of bamboo knitted fabric with acid enzyme Cellusoft~(TM) L and medium cellulase was carried out.The influence of enzyme dosage,treating time and temperature,pH value to deweighting loss percentage,bursting strength,permeating rate was studied.The enzyme treating process with Cellusoft~(TM) L was optimized,that is enzyme dosage 2%(owf),treating time 60 min,temperature 50 ℃,pH value 5.
