Abstract

Enterprise is a nexus of stakeholders, including investors, creditors,manager,employees, and government, etc. In order to carry out the sustainable development of private enterprises, which are already at the second stage of their development phases, the benefits of stakeholders must be highlighted. The investigation of outstanding private enterprises in Zhejiang province shows that emphasizing the benefits of stakeholders has been an important basis to succeed in realizing business sustainable development.
