Abstract

A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of different fertilization technology on maize growth. The results indicated that the dry matter accumulation and nutrient uptake were both increased with maize growth in all treatments.Compared with conventional application of chemical fertilizer, applying HA compound fertilizer in different soil layers could increase the leaf area index and root number of maize by 20.1% and 8.1 per plant, respectively, enhance the dry matter accumulation by 2 354.25 kg/hm2,and increase the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in plant by 50.43,18.87 and 24.70 kg/hm2,respectively.Meantime,the yield of maize in this treatment was reached to 12 147.35 kg/hm2,and peasant income was increased by 4 934.6 yuan/hm2.
