Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the expression of Snail2 gene in endometrial carcinoma tissues,for the purpose of finding the relationship between the gene and endometrial carcinoma.METHODS The expression of Snail2 in normal endometrial tissues and endometrial carcinoma tissues was detected by the immunohistochemistry,Real-time PCR and western blot.RESULTS The expression of Snail2 mRNA and protein in endometrial carcinoma was higher than that in normal secretory endometrial tissues.CONCLUSION The expression of Snail2 in endometriosis and endometrial carcinoma increases,suggesting it is closely related with endometrial cancer.
