Abstract
According to the structural feature of double cantilever 3D CMM, error compensation formula of non-rigid body model is raised. Dynamics analysis of horizontal beam and vertical column of 3D CMM are discussed, then regression equation of additional function and theory formula of error compensation can be deduced. The results of compensation prove the exactness of error model.
