Abstract
Many Web application softwares even auxiliary teaching tools need to exchange data with system or underlying hardware, which can be just met by VC programming language.Meanwhile, the MATLAB language has obvious advantages in the complex numerical analysis, matrix computation, signal processing, and so on.So it has important application value to study how to call VC functions with the hybrid programming based on MATLAB platform. This paper described how to call VC functions in a MATLAB procedure with the compiler of MATLAB by the method of MEX,and provided a concrete example of a teaching assistant tool that can achieve automatic indexing. The results prove that the method effectivly solve the problem of accurate location of the help documentation in the software programmed by MATLAB language, and provide a reference for other similar applications.
