A Research of Upgrading of Automobile Industry in China on the Base of Global Value Chain

Abstract

Base on the theory of global value chain,this paper introduces the development of global automobile industry firstly. Then,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages between the model of joint venture and the model of independent innovation in automobile industrial upgrading in China. Finally, the paper puts forward the suggestion of upgrading of automobile industry in China in perspective of global value chain.
