Abstract
The average strong convexity and average strong smoothness in locally convex spaces are introduced.Some necessary and sufficient conditions for average strong convexity(average strong smoothness)are obatained in locally convex spaces.In addition,we obatained the dual relations between average strong convexity and average strong smoothness are obatained.
