Abstract

As the most developed securities market,the securities regulations of the United States are borrowed from many other countries and areas around the world.Anti-fraud is the core idea of the securities regulations in the United States.The amendment of the provisions of anti-fraud reflects the improvement of securities legislations continuously.Based on the anti-fraud provisions in securities regulations of America,the present paper expounds the way of development of securities regulations.At the same time,combining the situation of securities in China,it demonstrates the important role of anti-fraud provisions in the confirmation of legal responsibility and the significant reference value in securities legislation.
