Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Planning Size in District Distribution Power Grid

According to the flower chart of evaluation,the macro-control index system has been presented by eight indexes which reflect the construction size of the power grid.According to fuzzy synthesis judgment principle and fuzzy function subordination model,the method of determining central and interval values of index has been proposed by mathematical programming.On the basis of fuzzy logic theory,the method of weighted average judging synthetically has also been provided,which is based on the most economical principle and the expert.Through the evaluation of the conclusion of actual distribution networks,the judgment method can be simple,workable and effective.
