Abstract
The purpose of the study is to realize the differences among the three regional economic zones and their related provinces,cities and autonomous regions from 1998 to 2007 when the policies and measures of promoting the level of the Middle Zone and the West Zone had been enacted.The method of the study is by using Theil indices to analyze differences in inner of respective zones and among the three economic zones.The results indicate that policies and measures interrelated middle and west zone from 1999 have made effects of expanding or reducing differences in inner parts of respective zones and among the three economic zones,but the degree is undersized and the effects have hysteresis quality.The reasons have been analyzed and discussed in the last portion.
