Clinical observation of treatment of uremia with hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion (48 cases)

【Objective】 To explore the clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with uremic.【Methods】 From June 2008 to June 2010,80 uremic patients in blood purification center were randomly selected to receiving blood purification via hemodialysis or hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis.HD group (32 cases) were treated with hemodialysis,HD+HP group (48 cases) were treated with hemoperfusion and hemodialysis.Clinical effect were evaluated by comparing the toxins,serum protein,blood,symptom improvement and adverse reactions of the two groups.【Results】 After treatment,the MMS decreased significantly in HD+HP group (P 0.05).Sleep,skin itching,loss of appetite,dizziness,high blood pressure in the HD+HP group obviously improved than that in HD group (both P 0.05).【Conclusion】Middle molecular substances can be removed more effectively in HD+HP group,and clinical symptoms could be improved also.Hemodialysis combined with hemodialysis could be the best blood purification program in the treatment of uremic and it would be worth applicating further.
