Reform of Colleges and Universities Accounting System:Implementation of the New High School Accounting System

With the formal implementation of the new High School Accounting System,the relevant accounting method changed a lot. By analyzing the internal elements of the management system as w ell as the financial mechanism of the public finance reform constitution to bring external pressure and higher education colleges and universities,operating reform mechanism,etc,this paper explains the purpose and need for reform of university accounting system,points out the problems of financial and accounting system in universities,analyzes new system innovations and breakthroughs,and raises the question of the original,financial,accounting system reform in practical applications of college that need attentions.
