Study on The Legalization of Minority Education in Xinjiang

The report of 18th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that the governments will comprehensively implement frontier minority policies and regulations,and adhere to the system of regional national autonomy,and carry out the education of national unity,and speed up economic and social development in minority regions,and promote harmonious development.The Development of Minority Educationis an arduous and long-term target,which is a strategic choice concerning national development and fundamental national interests. As a key modern society management means,ruling by law should provide a legitimate basis and systemic support for minority education. This article intends to comb the historical development of Xinjiang minority education under the rule of law,and summarizes the current situation of minority education in legal construction,and provide to countermeasure suggestions for minority education in Xinjiang.
