Abstract

This article analyzed 30 competition routines of the top 5 teams of the 29thSummer Olympic Games of Rhythmic Gymnastics from routine expression,music selection,music length,team technical style expects. This research discussed training features of rhythmic gymnastics performance,provided a reference for improving artistic expression of Rhythmic Gymnastics. Methods: By the methods of documentation,video analysis,expert interviews and questionnaire,based on China's rhythmic gymnastics training content,methods and practice issues,this paper analyzed essence,law and development trend of it. The results showed that: rhythmic gymnastics performance training can develop athletes' internal and external performance qualities and enable them to master and use techniques,skills and methods. This is an important content and fundamental way to create performance art image and realize value of rhythmic gymnastics. The training characteristics include individualize,organize stylized,music consistency and refined dance.
