Several Thoughts about Transfer of Rural Labor

The process of modernization always induces the transfer of rural labor and the decrease of rural population. Judging from the current trend and utility of the transfer of rural labor, we can be sure that the transfer of rural labor is the optimum choice to increase the farmers' income and to develop the rural area.To make this transfer work smoothly, we should make these farmers eligible for real national treatment; alleviate the farmers of their transference burden, build up and perfect rural social security system; realize the capitalization of the rural land; give them enough freedom to enter the urban labor market; enhance the education to the farmers and rural labor.
