Management Problems and Reform Countermeasures of Rural Land Planning in China

The existing problems in rural land planning management were analyzed,such as rural land property system should be improved,existed problems in rural land planning system and low utilization rate of rural collective land. The specific measures for rural land planning management reform were put forward as follows: in developed coastal area,relocating the whole village,transforming the old village,urban community; in central area,pay attention to farmland transformation and agricultural products development; in fragile ecological area,rural land planning management should pay attention to development of characteristic agriculture and ecological protection.
